We are seeking a motivated and experienced Permanent Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. As a Permanent Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. This position requires a strong understanding of payroll and a background in business administration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality personnel for various roles within the finance industry.
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires through online channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Perform detailed reference checking and/or background checks on selected candidates, if applicable.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
