About the Role

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and contributing to the overall success of our spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and experiences to all guests and members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain personal sales performance, meeting or exceeding expectations, and assist in driving key metrics to achieve sales goals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Team Management: Assist in the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training process, as well as train, monitor, and coach performance to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Membership Education and Sales: Educate members on spa services and promotions, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks, including reporting, cash handling, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1-3 years of leadership experience in a spa or retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and management.
  • Teamwork: A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Critical Thinking: Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution and problem-solving.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate, monthly performance bonuses, and an uncapped commission structure. Our top performers typically earn an additional $1-$2 per hour in commission, resulting in an average total annual compensation ranging from $38,000 to $46,000, depending on individual performance.
