Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President will oversee three primary service areas in North America: Real-Time Air Monitoring, Leak Detection and Repair, and Optical Gas Imaging. This executive role demands strategic foresight for both existing markets and future prospects, particularly in light of evolving environmental regulations. The SVP will play a crucial role in guiding the development of innovative technologies, including hardware, software, and field services, ensuring we maintain our competitive edge and provide our clients with superior solutions for minimizing air emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Leadership and Successorship:

  • Manage and oversee the Real-Time Air Monitoring, LDAR, and Optical Gas Imaging divisions.
  • Ensure optimal operational performance within budgeted profit and loss parameters.
  • Cultivate a positive organizational culture across all divisions and regions.
  • Support operational staff in overcoming challenges to maintain high performance and employee retention.
  • Attract, develop, and promote talent, with a focus on advancing women leaders.

Strategic Planning and Product Development:

  • Formulate and execute strategic plans for current markets.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities in response to changing environmental regulations.
  • Establish a robust framework to ensure high-quality deliverables for our clients.
  • Guide the development of new technologies, including hardware, software, and field services.
  • Ensure our offerings remain competitive and uphold the highest standards of excellence.

Business Development and Growth:

  • Utilize experience in building businesses to drive growth and innovation.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in business development and fostering a strong organizational culture.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and identify innovations that align with company objectives.
  • Provide insights on new or modified technologies that could enhance the company's market position.
  • Ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams and corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to achieve sales targets.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment across service lines and various industry sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business development to stimulate revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in air emission management.
  • Proven ability to develop talent and establish succession plans.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Strong background in product development, including hardware, software, and field services.
  • Extensive experience in budget management and achieving financial objectives.
