Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating mental health services for high-risk families with children residing in our 30-unit homeless shelter. This role requires a strong understanding of community resources, ability to make referrals, and excellent communication skills.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide treatment to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- A Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW) from a fully accredited institution.
- At least two years' experience in specialized social work practice.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
