The Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of products delivered to customers while maintaining a safe and courteous demeanor. This position requires collaboration with team members and adherence to appearance standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the vehicle for delivery and familiarize yourself with the designated delivery routes. Ensure orders are accurate and follow established delivery protocols. Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional attitude. Assist in various tasks to support a collaborative work environment.
- Work effectively with colleagues by being punctual, offering assistance in different areas, and completing end-of-day responsibilities. Keep the workspace clean and organized while adhering to safety protocols. Enhance sales opportunities by recommending additional products to customers.
- Manage order documentation and payments accurately, handle cash responsibly, and utilize the FOCUS System efficiently. Uphold the company's image by adhering to uniform standards and fostering a positive work atmosphere. Demonstrate strong communication skills and maintain excellent organizational practices.
Essential Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred. A valid driver's license, insurance, and a dependable vehicle are required. Strong skills in cash handling, organization, and communication are essential.
