Speech Language Pathologist Position in Southern Vermont

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
About the OpportunityIn this dynamic role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to clients in their homes, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care. You will develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal outcomes for our clients, maintaining accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in clients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address client needs
- Provide direct therapy services to clients in their homes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Vermont
- A certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience working with clients with diverse backgrounds and needs
