Exclusive Cleaning Services LLC is on the lookout for a dedicated Full-Time Floor Care Technician to provide essential cleaning and maintenance services across various facilities in Central Florida. This role involves performing a range of janitorial tasks along with specialized floor care services, including Carpet Cleaning, VCT Maintenance, and Pressure Washing in diverse environments such as offices, warehouses, and industrial spaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute janitorial duties to the highest standards of quality.
  • Adhere to production timelines and manage supply usage efficiently.
  • Maintain equipment in clean and functional condition.
  • Comply with safety regulations and actively participate in the company’s safety initiatives.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and foster positive relationships with clients and the public.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in designated locations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or customer concerns to the site supervisor.
  • Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance policies.
  • Availability: Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
  • Possess reliable transportation to travel between job sites as required.
  • Pass a background screening.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. Reliable transportation is essential for commuting to various job locations.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Willingness to travel between service areas and adapt to a dynamic weekly schedule.

ADAPTABILITY:

Ability to adjust to a changing work environment where diverse skills may be necessary, including janitorial duties and floor care responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

REASONING ABILITY:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical requirements for this role include continuous reaching, standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Candidates must be capable of handling heavy cleaning equipment and performing various physical tasks.

SPECIFIC TASKS INCLUDE:

  • Using industrial equipment to sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
  • Utilizing ladders to clean high areas.
  • Moving furniture and equipment to facilitate cleaning.
  • Removing stains using appropriate cleaning solutions.
  • Properly labeling and using cleaning chemicals.
  • Wearing personal protective equipment as required.
  • Keeping janitorial closets organized and safe.
  • Performing VCT Strip & Wax, Scrub & Recoat, and Carpet Cleaning.
  • Conducting Tile & Grout Care and Pressure Washing.
