Job Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a full-time Nutritional Services Assistant to support our kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences within our senior living community. The role includes:

  • Serving meals and beverages to residents, ensuring their preferences and dietary restrictions are respected.
  • Assisting culinary staff with food preparation and presentation, adhering to established standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing and table settings.
  • Coordinating with care staff to monitor residents' well-being during meal times.
  • Participating in special events as directed by management.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to flexible shifts.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform mobility tasks throughout the shift.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance.
