Trinity Health is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As an IR Tech, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our radiology department.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and process high-quality images using fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care
Transport patients to and from procedural areas, admitting and recovery areas, and other hospital locations as needed
Assist with patient transfer to and from procedure tables and stretchers
Establish and maintain ongoing communication with physician operators throughout procedures to facilitate patient safety, diagnosis, and treatment
Requirements:
Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved Diagnostic Radiology program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Florida Licensed Radiologic Technologist, Radiography credentialing through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) (ARRT)
