A Day In The Life:

+ Support the evaluation and enhancement of operational workflows, work measurement, methodologies, material utilization, and training aimed at boosting efficiency and productivity.

+ Collaborate with the distribution team through various established reports and initiatives designed to improve productivity, expand distribution capabilities, minimize costs, maximize throughput, and uphold workplace safety through data analysis and reporting. The primary stakeholders are the distribution center leadership.

+ Oversee and disseminate reports on key operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.

+ Assist in the implementation of new strategies to enhance workflow and layout within distribution centers.

+ Analyze current forecasts and reporting to assist in determining staffing requirements to achieve budgetary and productivity objectives.

+ Conduct cost-benefit analyses for project proposals.

+ Collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners to ensure that business needs are met.

+ Provide training support to operational partners as necessary.

You Will Come With:

+ 1-3 years of relevant experience.

+ A Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field, along with experience in distribution center operations.

+ Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, recognizing interdependencies and prioritizing tasks effectively.

+ Proficient in utilizing data and information to propose solutions for budget management.

+ Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, WMS, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

+ Strong presentation skills.

+ Six Sigma certification is a plus.
