As a Part-Time Educator, you'll play a vital role in delivering our dynamic daily curriculum, engaging children in academic and social character-building activities that expand school day learning. Your mission will be to foster a love of learning, support schools, and give parents peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, documenting attendance, incidents, and observations.
  • Deliver our curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building activities.
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
  • College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or a related field preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs.
  • Passing of Pre-employment Proficiency Test; OR AA or AA Equivalent.
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test (from a physician).
