Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases by evaluating medical lab tests and analyzing results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of technical analyses, including microbiology, biology, hematology, immunohematology, urinalysis, and chemistry.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality of test results.
- Communicate results to appropriate personnel, providing clear and concise information.
- Assure quality and accuracy of tests, adhering to laboratory standards and protocols.
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program or at least one year of experience in a clinical, analytical, or environmental laboratory.
- Registered (or registry eligible) with a nationally accredited certifying agency.
