Job Summary:

We are seeking a clinically proficient, licensed professional in the field of Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver primary and urgent care services. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, and treating patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. The ideal candidate will educate patients on nutrition, hygiene, and preventive healthcare to enhance their overall well-being.

As a vital member of our medical team, you will foster a supportive environment that prioritizes trust and compassion for patients. Collaboration with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and clinical staff is essential to ensure efficient and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
  • Encourage teamwork and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • Adhere to clinic policies and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance among support staff.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and uphold safety and infection control standards.
  • Safeguard patient confidentiality and comply with health information privacy laws.
  • Keep accurate and confidential patient records, demonstrating knowledge of evaluation and management coding guidelines.
  • Utilize leadership skills to ensure quality patient care and mentor clinical staff when appropriate.
  • Meet productivity standards and key performance indicators as set by leadership.
  • Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance.
  • Possess the physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting and managing stress effectively.
  • Follow guidelines for personal protective equipment to mitigate exposure to infectious materials.
  • Complete additional clinical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Nurse Practitioners must hold a Master's Degree and possess prescriptive authority.
  • Current Oklahoma License and relevant certification in the field.
  • National certification appropriate to the credential.
  • Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
