Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our stormwater engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field, with at least 10-20 years of progressive experience in the stormwater engineering field.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams of engineers to provide exceptional engineering services, as well as experience in mentoring less experienced engineers in technical and non-technical aspects of stormwater engineering consulting.
The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and guiding construction plan packages and/or master planning studies, as well as experience in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Letters of Map Change (LOMC) and floodplain mapping.
The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D and GIS, as well as practical application of various hydrology/hydraulics software, including HEC-RAS(1D/2D preferred), HEC-HMS, CUHP, EPASWMM, and HY-8.
The Project Manager will also be responsible for construction management and oversight of stormwater project installations.

- Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field
- At least 10-20 years of progressive experience in the stormwater engineering field
- Professional Engineer in Colorado
- Experience in managing teams of engineers
- Experience in mentoring less experienced engineers
- Experience in business development and client management
- Experience in developing and guiding construction plan packages and/or master planning studies
- Experience in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Letters of Map Change (LOMC) and floodplain mapping
