Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Brick Staffing, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating construction projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and project engineers, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Manage project finances, including procurement, invoicing, and cash flow management.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and issues.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, including project schedules, budgets, and financials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including experience with project planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in project documentation and reporting.
