This role involves promoting the range of products and services offered by our Lumber Company to builders and their clientele. The position is pivotal in generating sales leads through thorough research of client requirements, market competition, and understanding the unique features and advantages of our offerings.

Furthermore, this role serves as the Company’s representative throughout the sales process, gathering essential data on customer requirements and design specifications. The Sales Coordinator and Estimator will also collaborate with the inside technical/design team and customers to create comprehensive sales proposals. Responsibilities include performing blueprint takeoffs using both estimating software and manual methods as necessary. The role requires reviewing plans and specifications, working closely with the sales team, contractors, and homeowners to deliver precise estimates of materials needed for various projects.

This position is also responsible for ensuring effective communication between Sales & Operations, overseeing Quote/Job/Order tracking and processing, and providing administrative support to enhance these functions. Excellent customer service and management of client inquiries are crucial components of this role.
