Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Behavioral Support Specialist with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the field. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting students facing behavioral challenges, enabling them to reach their highest potential.

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to execute tailored behavior intervention strategies (BIP) that cater to the unique needs of each student.


Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $22-$30+ (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute behavior intervention plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide individualized or small group support to students exhibiting behavioral difficulties.
  • Monitor and document student progress towards behavioral objectives.
  • Work in partnership with educators, school personnel, and families to foster a holistic approach to student achievement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
