- Install new HVAC systems and components, adhering to industry regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Assess and troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical components to accurately diagnose and resolve issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating repair processes and addressing client inquiries.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or vocational training is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Maintenance Specialist.
- Possession of EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
