Job Overview

Caremate Wellness Solutions LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Assistant to join our team in Euless, TX. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide non-medical care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $26,784 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week at $13.02 per hour. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and health & wellness benefit options.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Provide direct personal care services, following an approved plan of care
  • Perform safety and wellness observations each shift and communicate any changes to the agency
  • Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to agency safety standards and procedures
Requirements
  • 6 months or more of prior direct caregiving experience preferred
  • Self-directed and service-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills
  • Patient and compassionate approach when working with elderly and/or disabled individuals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
