We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age, utilizing your expertise to create a supportive and engaging environment.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement customized therapy plans, ensuring each child receives the best possible care.
  • Apply your creativity and advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment, guiding children's progress in educational and social settings.
  • Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.
  • Work in a supportive team environment that embodies Lighthouse's Core Values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment.
Requirements
  • Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
  • Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
  • Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
  • Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
  • Full range of motion of hands and arms.
  • Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
  • Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
