Behavioral Health Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team as a Behavioral Health Supervisor. This role will oversee the daily operations of our Behavioral Health program, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure they are providing high-quality care to our clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new programs and services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
