Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines, to produce high-quality images
- Process and analyze images to ensure they are of high quality and meet diagnostic standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including imaging results and any relevant medical history
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Radiology Imaging Specialist
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license (if applicable)
