Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive business value through the use of our cloud platforms. As a key member of our team, you will engage with customers to provide our standard methodologies and help them quickly realize the value of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive true value for customers by ensuring they adopt our products and achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer objectives and providing guidance on how to achieve success.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to champion a culture of Customer Success.
  • Analyze sophisticated situations, develop action plans, and lead teams to achieve key objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or sales working with software enterprise customers.
  • A strong understanding of technology used in product development processes and an ability to explain its value.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, develop associated action plans, and lead teams to achieve key objectives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $106,100 - $212,200 per year, with 20% annual incentive target. Benefits include health and wellness programs, paid time off, and flexible vacation policies.
