Role Overview:

The Speech Language Pathologist will deliver essential speech therapy services to students facing diverse communication challenges. This role involves conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment strategies to support each student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer speech therapy interventions to students with a range of communication disorders.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and devise individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with educational staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all therapy sessions and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • State licensure or the ability to secure licensure.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred.
