We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Professional to join our Court Services division. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the administration and management of our justice system.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily scheduling of clerks to attend and record proceedings of criminal and civil courts
- Prepare written records of King County Superior Court events
- Audit court minutes and exhibit discrepancies
- Train and quality oversee staff and trainees
- Represent the Court Services section in committee work
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- General office experience performing complex duties of moderate difficulty
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to regulate stressful situations and work independently
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and typing experience
- Willingness to adapt and learn quickly when challenged with new tasks
Previous experience as a Court Clerk and/or experience in a judicial environment is highly desirable.
