We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to serve as our Front Desk Flow Coordinator at VitaLife - New Lenox. In this role, you'll be responsible for welcoming visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answering phone calls and emails, sorting and delivering mail, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and assisting with other office operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and provide any necessary information or directions
