Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Quality Improvement Nurse Specialist - Hospice and Home Health, you will play a critical role in supporting the Performance Improvement Department's management team in planning and implementing systemic programs for clinical quality and outcomes improvement efforts.

You will serve as primary support to population focus Medical Staff Quality Committees in monitoring and evaluating processes for clinical performance improvement and peer review. Additionally, you will provide concurrent oversight and review of clinical quality measures and evidence-based standards of care for high-risk, high-volume populations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Risk Management: 4 years working in a healthcare environment
  • Bachelor's Degree - Risk Management: Nursing or Healthcare-related field
  • ~3 years experience in Quality Improvement
  • ~ Risk Management: 2 years working in healthcare quality management
