Job Title: Mobile Lead Staff Bethlehem AM Shift

At Hospital Central Services, Inc., our mission is to provide exceptional blood services to our community. We are seeking an experienced phlebotomist to lead our team in Bethlehem, AM shift.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled phlebotomist to oversee the collection event, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, supervise staff, and maintain efficiency. Responsibilities include reviewing QC, incident reports, and other required paperwork, as well as communicating with MUA, DR staff, and Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure collection event compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors
  • Supervise staff and maintain efficiency
  • Review QC, incident reports, and other required paperwork
  • Communicate with MUA, DR staff, and Coordinator
Requirements:
  • Excellent phlebotomy technique
  • Ability to problem solve
  • 2 years of supervisory experience required
  • Ability to work with computers and tablets, a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to follow all MKBC SOP's
  • Automated collections experience preferred, willingness to learn and pass competency
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • A valid driver's license and personal transportation is required
