**About Chapman Payson Auto Center**

At Chapman Payson Auto Center, we strive to create a fun and stress-free car-buying experience for our customers. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by providing exceptional customer service and support.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus uncapped earning potential through our attractive commission pay plan. You will also have access to ongoing training and growth opportunities to advance your career.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Respond to internet, live chat, and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email, and texting to generate sales appointments.
• Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.
• Converting visitors into customers by building rapport, understanding their needs and interests, and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle.
• Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and latest vehicle technology.
• Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork.
• Deliver sold vehicles to the customer, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Payson or be willing to relocate.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
• The ability to think from the customer's perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully.
• An excellent work ethic and drive to achieve performance goals.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

**Work Environment and Availability:**

We are open Monday - Friday from 8AM to 7PM and Saturday from 8AM to 5PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above.
