About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technician to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Illinois.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Catheterization Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with procedures in a state-of-the-art cath lab.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide excellent patient care.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Transport patients as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Catheterization Laboratory Technician.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
  • Ability to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail.
