About the Opportunity

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join their team on a travel assignment in Illinois.

Job Summary

This is a 15-week travel assignment with a 40-hour workweek, requiring a minimum of one year of experience in cath or EP procedures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnostic hearts, pacemakers, PCI's, ablations, balloon pumps, and Impella cases.

Responsibilities
  • Perform catheterization procedures, including diagnostic hearts, pacemakers, and other cardiovascular interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines, to capture high-quality images.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and procedure details.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) and Advanced ARRT (AART) certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience in cath or EP procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
