Position Overview
The Enterprise Resilience Team is seeking a Vice President to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive enterprise resilience strategy. This role is crucial for enabling the organization to effectively prevent, respond to, and recover from significant disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy
- Formulate and implement the strategic direction for Enterprise Resilience, encompassing Crisis Management, Service Resilience, Business Continuity, and Technical Recovery.
- Lead a global team to promote resilience across all business units and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
2. Functional Oversight
- Supervise the various resilience functions, ensuring robust policies and frameworks are in place to manage risks effectively.
- Conduct regular drills and simulations to test and enhance resilience capabilities.
3. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that all resilience activities comply with global regulations and maintain a comprehensive governance framework.
4. Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact operations and services, ensuring effective crisis management plans are in place.
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating resilience strategies and initiatives throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise resilience or risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to manage complex resilience programs in a multinational context.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
