Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member service by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Drive efficiency in member service by directing branch traffic and supporting the Branch Manager in maintaining a member-focused sales and service culture.
  • Combine the responsibilities of a teller with member services, fostering strong relationships with members and ensuring their Credit Union experiences are positive and efficient.
  • Work collaboratively with the Contact Center to support call volume and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with an associate degree preferred.
  • Two years of customer service experience required, with one year of previous financial services experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and identify member needs.
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals, work with highly confidential information, and perform routine mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment and utilize standard office equipment.
  • Possess the ability to lift 25 pounds and sit for prolonged periods of time.
