Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Room Attendants and ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assign tasks and provide training to Room Attendants to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Monitor room occupancy and adjust cleaning schedules accordingly.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services or equipment.
  • Prepare supply and furniture requisitions for rooms to maintain a high level of quality and comfort.
  • Inspect carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage, or signs of wear, and document findings.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve issues that require attention.
  • Ensure compliance with key control policies and maintain a secure environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a warm and friendly attitude towards guests.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to chemical handling as per material safety data sheets.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move heavy objects using hands.
  • Capacity to understand and follow simple instructions.
  • Willingness to learn and apply basic procedures and techniques.
  • Capability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Skilled in organizing and directing the work of others.
