What Will I Do?

  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments to objectively measure patients' progress.
  • Carry out evidence-based treatments plans that engage our patients and meet their therapeutic needs.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team comprised of Nursing, Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapists to provide great care with compassion.
  • Supervise COTA's and Home Health Aides.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree, Occupational Therapy (Required)
  • 1 year Occupational Therapy experience (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications

  • License Occupational Therapy (OT) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire (Required)
  • CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) Upon Hire (Required)
  • License Occupational Therapy (OTR) - National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Inc (NBCOT) Upon Hire (Required)
