Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including floor care, dusting, and spot cleaning.
  • Operate the scrubber and buffer to ensure a clean and safe store environment.
  • Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
  • Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) associate contributions, and more.
