Responsibilities:

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to policy and individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records.
• Follow established policies and procedures within the scope of practice.
• Prioritize patient care needs, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and on time.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisors.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice.
• Graduated from an ASHA-accredited school or have a foreign-trained program deemed equivalent to a Speech Language Pathology entry-level education in the U.S.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
