We are currently seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to work alongside our speech/language pathology assistants in our state-of-the-art specialty center.

This position offers flexible employment options, including part-time, PRN, or full-time roles.

As a therapist-owned company, we are committed to providing top-notch Speech/Language and Occupational Therapy to children aged birth to 18 years. Qualifications

  • Valid Oregon License to practice speech/language pathology (Required)
  • Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a variety of standardized and non-standardized assessments for pediatric clients efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation while striving to provide quality, evidence-based clinical assessments.
  • Engage effectively with parents and providers, coordinating communications, addressing inquiries, and offering clinical expertise in triaging patient needs.
  • Supervise and mentor speech/language pathology assistants, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Document clear, concise, and measurable goals for each child on your caseload.
  • Oversee the discharge process for patients, completing comprehensive discharge summaries in a timely manner.
