Job Description
The Junior Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by developing and implementing various quality processes. This includes creating Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPs) for new and existing products, utilizing PFMEA, Control Plans, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to maintain product quality, analyzing failures, and providing corrective and preventive actions. The Junior Quality Engineer will also assist in developing training programs, provide assistance in implementing effective corrective actions using QMS software, and offer reliable solutions to various problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop PPAPs for new and existing products.
  • Utilize PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC to ensure continuous compliance with Processing Plans.
  • Analyze failures and provide corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in developing training programs.
  • Provide assistance in implementing effective corrective actions using QMS software.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in Aerospace Quality.
  • Familiarity with Management Quality Systems and tools.
  • Proven capability to manage Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
