Job Overview

At St. Johnsbury Health and Rehabilitation Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as needed.
  • Lead, guide, and direct department heads to ensure effective management and operation of the nursing center.
  • Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to foster positive public relations and partnerships.
  • Create a work environment that encourages employee engagement, adherence to our core values, and a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and compassion.
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center, meeting or exceeding CDC and CMS standards.
