We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Able Kids. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs, with a focus on promoting positive behaviors and reducing problem behaviors.
- Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure seamless service coordination.
- Communicate effectively with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with treatment goals.
- A competitive salary of $80,000 per year, with planned increases every year.
