Job Description

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents and user stories.
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies and tools, such as JIRA and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance.
