Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, utilizing dishwashers or performing manual cleaning.
  • Organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking spaces.
  • Ensure that sanitizer levels in dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards.
  • Keep kitchen ware storage areas clean and organized.
  • Manage waste by removing trash from the dish area and ensuring garbage cans are sanitized.
Qualifications
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with team members.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 70 pounds and place them on high and low shelves.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching required.
  • Occasional pushing and pulling to move equipment and cleaning tools.
  • Awareness of potential hazards, including cuts, burns, and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to work in a hot and humid kitchen environment.
Work Schedule

Shifts may include daytime, evening, event-based, weekends, and holidays.
