We are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomy Instructor to join our team at the State of South Carolina. As a Phlebotomy Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and training students in the field of phlebotomy, including hands-on and theoretical instruction, classroom management, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive phlebotomy training programs
- Prepare and maintain current course syllabi and lesson plans
- Ensure courses are taught in accordance with established standards
- Recommend instructional materials and laboratory facilities/equipment
- Supervise students and provide guidance and support
- High School diploma from an accredited school
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certificate
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Minimum 1 year of working as a Phlebotomy Technician in a clinical laboratory, hospital, or physicians' office and/or phlebotomy experience
