Job Title: Spa Attendant

Job Summary:

As a Spa Attendant at Monarch Casino Resort & Spa Black Hawk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary role will be to ensure that our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable experience in our spa facilities.

Responsibilities:

* Greet guests upon arrival and offer refreshments
* Escort guests through the facility to get them acquainted with our stunning spa
* Ensure guests are comfortable at all times
* Maintain a relaxing and calm environment throughout the spa experience
* Know our spa menu and promotions
* Stock locker and spa facilities and maintain a neat and clean spa locker room environment
* Be aware of appearance, promptness, quality of work and attitudes with guests
* Coordinate laundry pickup and delivery between locker, treatment and laundry rooms
* Run wash-dry cycles of laundry
* Coordinate with staff and management on VIPs, special requests, group arrivals, etc.

Qualifications:

* You are an energetic service-focused individual with a passion for providing luxury service
* Guest service background preferred with excellent knowledge of service standards
* Solution-oriented and guest-focused
* Basic computer skills
* Polite, confident and patient
* Ability to multitask
* Attention to detail
* Time management
* Ensure exceptional service
