Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and distribute messages and mail, as well as redirect calls and make reservations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest service role
  • Knowledge of the local area and ability to make recommendations
  • Excellent time management, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
