Commonwealth Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Act as a point of contact for guests who require assistance or information, responding promptly and professionally
- Arrange activities, excursions, and transportation for hotel guests as requested
- Provide recommendations and information about local attractions, restaurants, and services
- Handle and distribute messages and mail, as well as redirect calls and make reservations
- Address guest issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest service role
- Knowledge of the local area and ability to make recommendations
- Excellent time management, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
