Our Enhanced Earnings initiative enables clinicians to receive bonuses starting from treating 9 patients daily, with potential increases for each additional patient treated.

Residency Opportunity for Orthopedic Specialization
Full Salary:
Enjoy a comprehensive salary and full-time benefits, with a time-based agreement that replaces financial obligations.
Mentorship:
Benefit from 4 hours per week of individualized mentorship tailored to the residency program over an 11-month period.
Educational Components:
Engage weekly in 3 hours of discussion-based lectures and 2 hours of hands-on laboratory work.
Community Engagement & Research:
Advocate for the physical therapy profession within your community and contribute to the expanding body of evidence.
Leadership Development:
Gain insights into the dynamics of the physical therapy profession and learn how to influence others positively.
Qualifications & Compensation Range:
Essential Requirements:
Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE accredited physical therapy program.
State Licensure required.
Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
Capability to treat 60 patients weekly.
Strong Communication and Coachability preferred.
COMPENSATION RANGE:
Annual salary range of $70,000 - $95,000.
Potential sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.
Incentive plan available.
(The posted salary range considers various compensation factors, including experience and location, while allowing for salary growth within the role. Bonuses are not included in this range.)
