As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe, dependable, and effective care to patients, evaluating their response to planned care, and adjusting the plan as needed.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process and the Synergy Model for Care.
- Evaluate patient responses to planned care and adjust the plan as needed.
- Collect, report, analyze, and provide data on an ongoing basis, as required by physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in endocrinology.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
- Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
