Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Charge RN Cardiac Care to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing exceptional patient experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Our Cardiac Telemetry unit is unique, as we take care of patients recovering from open heart surgeries, heart catheterization with stent placement, ablations, pacemaker/AICD placement, cardiovascular surgeries, and we are a comprehensive stroke/stemi facility.

About This Role:
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience. Research Medical Center offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career, and retirement of our colleagues.
