Overview

Exciting opportunity for a Neonatal Care Specialist to become part of a well-established team in the vibrant city of Las Cruces, NM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care across two Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) in Las Cruces, NM.
  • Manage an average daily patient load of 2-10 infants.
  • Utilize a round-and-go model while remaining available for the Nurse Practitioners.
  • Opportunity to rotate through a higher-level NICU in a nearby city.
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of experienced Nurse Practitioners available 24/7.
  • Engage in a role within a designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) or Medically Underserved Area/Population (MUA/MUP).
